A: THR is the brainchild of Ferne Sherkin-Langer and Nina Castle. Ferne and Nina, a team of two top agents at Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., noticed that very few real estate agents have specific expertise, or personal experience, with the particular challenges and joys that come along with relocating to another city or country. That’s why they started THR: because if you’re relocating, you deserve the expert guidance of someone who’s not only an experienced, successful real estate agent, but who knows relocation inside and out!
Q: So, if I’m currently living somewhere else, you can still help me?
A: Absolutely! Just ontact us with some details of your situation and we’ll get right on the case.
Q: There’s a lot of information on the site about Toronto, but what if I’m moving away from the city? Can you still help me?
A: We sure can! When you move somewhere, you move away from somewhere else, and both Nina and Ferne have been through it many times; Ferne, in particular, has moved both to and away from Toronto. We’ll help you list your house for sale and can guide you through all of the intricacies of packing up, no matter where you’re off to. We’ll miss you, though!
